Aragon & Keasley Consulting is a professional firm based in the Denver metropolitan area and located in Boulder County. We specialize in providing services related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Our team brings together diverse professional backgrounds from higher education, health promotion, leadership development, and community engagement. We offer a wide range of services, including diversity training, inclusive leadership development, cultural competency workshops, community engagement strategies, Career and Technical Education (CTE) for community colleges, DEIB advisory board teams, psychological safety development, and social innovation for organizations. We pride ourselves on our greater understanding of Inclusive Excellence and our strong connection to intergroup relations and dialogue.

ALPHONSE KEASLEY
Senior Consultant & Partner
Alphonse Keasley retired as the Associate Vice Chancellor in the Office of Diversity, Equity and Community Engagement. He has been on the university campus for more than 30 years as a student, faculty and staff member, and as an administrator. He enjoys his many different engagements with students, faculty, administration and staff. In addition to his busy life on campus, Dr. Keasley was a previous president of the Boulder County Arts Alliance as well as the Colorado Shakespeare Festival Guild. Finally, he has been active in the Boulder community in many capacities around education, including the Healthy Community Initiative; IMPACT, the fundraising arm of the Boulder Valley School District; and the Family Learning Center. In conjunction with the Family Learning Director, he supports the FLC's summer “Rites of Passage” program for middle school children.
